Check out the schedule below and sign up to receive your login information. There will be an optional 15 minute Q&A following each class if you have any questions.
8-week Session: Monday, May 03 - Saturday, June 26
Basic Practices:
Mondays 5:30 - 7pm ET / 6:30 - 8pm AT
Saturdays 8:30 - 10am ET / 9:30 - 11am AT
Beyond the Basics:
Wednesdays 9 - 10:30am ET / 10 - 11:30am AT
All sessions will be on Zoom and you will receive the session login information after payment has been received. You can also drop-in for any class if you choose not to commit for the full session. You can request to receive the video recording of any class you miss so you do not have to attend the session at the time allocated.
Investment (taxes included):
1 class / week (8 week session) = $140
Unlimited classes (8 week session) = $250
Drop-in class = $20
Special offerings:
These classes (as well as the Maha practices) are added in when you sign up for 2 or 3 weekly classes or you can drop in to any individual session. In that case, please email me well before the start so that you can receive the login information.
Pranayama (breathing practice):
Wednesdays 8:15 - 8:45am ET / 9:15 - 9:45am AT
Meditation (no prior meditation experience necessary):
Thursday, May 13, May 27 + June 17 8 - 8:30pm ET / 9 - 9:30pm AT
Stretch & Rest - A gentle class to start to close the week with passive stretches to quiet the nervous system and invite inner calm.
Thursdays, May 13, May 27 + June 17 7pm - 8pm ET / 8pm - 9pm AT.
