Summer continues —- and so does online yoga :). Thank you so much for your continued dedication and enthusiasm; I am so grateful! The schedule below continues through the month of July and give options for those interested in yoga asana (movement) and those who want to continue to explore the wisdom teachings and to come together for meditation.

To join any separate practice, either join by going to zoom.com (click on join a meeting and put in the appropriate meeting ID (listed beside each day/time). Zoom is making a password mandatory so the password for all zoom events is yoga108. You can follow the asana classes via Facebook Live from the Mona Keddy Yoga page. The Yoga Talks series will be only on Zoom going forward to allow for a richer conversation and meditation experience. All FB live events start just a minute or two before the appointed time and I will be on zoom about 10 minutes before to answer any questions about the platform or in general. Recordings of all sessions will be available on FB (Mona Keddy Yoga page) or on YouTube (Mona Keddy Yoga channel).

CONTEMPLATION + MEDITATION: Join Mona for a discussion around a relevant theme from the yoga philosophy, mantra repetition and a guided meditation.

SPECIAL EVENT - Online Maha Practice - Sunday, July 5, 2020

This will be an all-levels longer practice where we will touch on most of the categories of poses in a well-paced practice and end with a long relaxation and meditation. Please note: This will not be recorded or available via Facebook Live.
