Online Course: Yoga Essentials
Access the power of the yoga practice from the comfort of your own home! This 5-wek online immersion into all aspects of yoga will offer essential practices that can be seamlessly integrated into your current lifestyle. It will provide asana, breathing, contemplation and meditation applications of varying lengths with all the support you need to tailor the content to your own specific needs. Participants will receive lifetime access to all materials through a password protected webpage. This course will be a pre-requisite for subsequent courses.
The course includes:
5 90min live calls(all participants will have access to recordings of the calls if you cannot make the live ones). These calls are to introduce new practices for the week ahead and are opportunities for questions, shares and reflections.

key breath practices
weekly meditative practices (length varies from 2- 24 min)
asana practices (includes joint mobilizing practices, energy mobilizing practices, targeted and general asana classes from 10 - 50 minutes in length). The classes are built around a foundational syllabus of poses suitable for all levels of students.

an optional one-on-one check-in call (30min)
lifetime access to all video and audio recordings

There will be a welcome call will be on THURSDAY, APRIL 02 at 7:30pm(EDT). Following the welcome call, we will choose a call time that works for the majority of participants.

TUITION: The tuition is a honour-based sliding scale allowing individuals of varying economic situations to access the course. Please choose a commitment that makes sense to you. You can pay via monthly instalments or in full.
