Check out the schedule below and sign up to receive your login information. There will be an optional 15 minute Q&A following each class if you have any questions about the poses or the teachings.

8-week Session: Saturday, March 19 - Friday, May 13

Basic Practices:
Mondays 5:30 - 7pm ET / 6:30 - 8pm AT
Saturdays 8:30 - 10am ET / 9:30 - 11am AT

Beyond the Basics:
Wednesdays 9 - 10:30am ET / 10 - 11:30am AT

All sessions will be on Zoom and you will receive the session login information after payment has been received. You can also drop-in for any class if you choose not to commit for the full session. If you are dropping in, please email me at least 30 minutes before the start of the class so that you can receive the login information. You will also receive the video recording of any class you miss so you do not have to attend the session at the time allocated.

Investment (taxes included):
1 class / week (8 week session) = $145
Unlimited classes (8 week session) = $250
Drop-in class = $20

Additional offerings:
The classes are added in when you sign up for the unlimited weekly classes or you can drop in to any individual session. If you are dropping in, please email me at least 30 minutes before the start of the class so that you can receive the login information.

Pranayama (breathing practice): This includes techniques to build a conscious connection with the breath and to explore the various aspects of the breath. Suitable for all practitioners and no prior experience is necessary.

Wednesdays 8:15 - 8:45am ET / 9:15 - 9:45am AT

Stretch & Meditate (no prior meditation experience necessary): This class involves longer hold passive stretching (which settles the nervous system) and a guided meditation.

Thursdays, March 31 + April 21 7 - 8:30pm ET / 8 - 9:30pm AT

Short & Sweet: This 30-minute practice touches on all parts of the body in a faster moving practice with less instruction.

Fridays, March 25 & April 8 7:30 - 8am ET / 8:30am - 9am AT

Maha Practice: A longer practice touching on all categories of poses and ending with Savasana (lying down relaxation) and a short guided meditation.

Sunday, March 20 9 - 11:30am ET / 10am - 12:30pm AT
Sunday, April 10 9 - 11:30am ET / 10am - 12:30pm AT
