In the non-dual yogic view, creative expression is fundamental to our nature and both an expression of and a way to connect with our internet divinity. In these afternoons, we will explore creativity in a warm, supportive environment that recognizes unique output as beautiful much like how each flower in a field is a particular aesthetic expression. No previous artistic experience of any kind is necessary. Come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to deepen your understanding of yourself through your innate creativity.

Each session is independent so join for one or both.
