It is the ideal time to use the full range of yoga practices to boost our immunity, reduce stress and turn inward. Join Mona for a day of yoga practices including asana, pranayama, meditation and chanting. Suitable for all-levels of yoga students. 

(Snacks will be provided at the break. Please eat before you come; there will be time before we start with the asana practice).
